How this module works

This module adds a button to the frontend, which you can place with xml-layout files or a
magento widget. If the customer clicks the button, he immediately gets a form of two fields:
name and phone number. After he submitted you get an email with this data.

The form works with asynchron ajax, which will give fast feedback within the form and gives
the possibility to keep the size of the form very small.
